1. Generalities
At Sin Enredos SAS, we offer our clients a multidisciplinary team, specialized in various areas, which includes support in strategic management, emotional and financial accompaniment, innovation, and technology. Through our tools and functionalities, we aim to enhance your business and expand its presence in the market. We focus on optimizing your current positioning by identifying improvement opportunities at every stage of the product or service life cycle and in every area of work, ensuring sustainable development for your company.
2. Scope of Service
During the process, we are committed to delivering strategic results through the following phases:

3. Payment Agreements
The access to the services of Sin Enredos SAS is formalized through a monthly advance payment agreement. If the payment is not made by the agreed date, account management will be suspended, keeping the information on our servers without digital visibility for a period of 7 days. If the payment is not made during this time, all accounts will be disconnected, and relevant data will be delivered to the client.
4. Service Cancellation
If the client decides to cancel the service, it is essential to be up to date with all outstanding payments. After the cancellation, the databases and access to business information will be provided, and the complete disconnection of the accounts managed by Sin Enredos SAS will proceed.
5. Reactivation of the Service
To reactivate the service after its cancellation, the customer must make a payment of half of an additional monthly fee, which will correspond to the value of the current month.
6. Work Methodology
Our approach at Sin Enredos SAS is based on direct collaboration with each client's team, promoting a mutually beneficial relationship that ensures the stability and growth of the company. The process includes:

7. Confidentiality
All information exchanged between Sin Enredos SAS and the client during the term of the contract will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with current data protection laws.
8. Return of Documents and Confidential Material
The parties agree that, upon the completion of the service or the cancellation of the agreement, all public documents and materials shared between them during the term of the contract will be returned, including reports, contracts, and any other documents not subject to intellectual property rights. However, it is clarified that any material under development, in process, or related to the intellectual property of Sin Enredos SAS, or any other material that has not been completed or is subject to confidentiality, will not be delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, strategies, plans, technologies, methodologies, processes, and other products created during the business relationship, which will remain under the exclusive ownership of Sin Enredos SAS, in accordance with the established confidentiality agreements and intellectual property rights.
Likewise, in the event of a breach of the terms of the agreement or a temporary suspension of services, Sin Enredos SAS reserves the right to withhold access to any material in development or not delivered until the breach is resolved or the service is resumed.
These terms and conditions guarantee the quality and commitment of Sin Enredos SAS in the strategic management of your business, providing tools to drive its growth and sustainability in the market.
